That's unfortunate, it's true that they do keep adding on more and more blacked out dates. I count 34 dates from January 2012 to Nov 2012 as of the time of writing this. :(

Unfortunately their goal is for you to buy a Premium pass so you dont have a blacked out date and they make more money. Then again, we buy Deluxe passes and apply a parking pass to our youngest daughters deluxe pass. We do this since most of the time we take her with us, we live so close it sucks when just my Wife and I want to go out for a date night :(

I agree with Shon. The kids and I were looking forward to going to Disneyland this Christmas break and were really disappointed when we found out that all the dates were blacked out. For the money that we paid for the Deluxe tickets, you would think that Disney would allow more dates open during the breaks! From a marteting perspective, I think Disney is making a mistake since this will be discouraging us from renewing our passports in the futer...

The Deluxe Passholders are getting more and more blackout dates added. We have been passholders for 20 years and have seen more and more of the holiday times taken away from us. My kids are blacked out this year their entire Christmas break and we have family coming into town planning on visiting Disneyland and needless to say we will not be joining them. Thanks Disney for being money hungry.

see im just kinda impressed that she was at disneyland waiting in line like a normal person instead of being mobbed by people and taking the back route.
